Keep your channels
actually accessible.

Streaming moves quickly. Accessibility QC still needs to catch the things that automated checks miss.

CCEPGQC
301

Channel audits

Check live channels for caption presence, behaviour and consistency. Useful when you need to know what viewers are really receiving.

302

Caption monitoring

Monitor streams, capture samples and flag failures. Built around the awkward reality of FAST rather than a tidy spreadsheet.

303

EPG & metadata QC

Check programme information against what is actually playing. Spot truncation, mismatches and metadata drift.

304

Platform delivery

QC accessibility and associated files across platform workflows, with clear pass, fail and needs-attention reporting.

PAGE 350 · THE POINT

The stream is the
source of truth.

Files can pass a preflight check while the viewer gets something else. Teletextual checks the actual service where practical, not just the paperwork around it.
